REACH Declaration of Conformity
We hereby declares that our products are in compliance with the European Regulation 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACh).

Conflict Minerals Declaration of Conformity
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules require publicly-traded companies to report annually on their use of Conflict Minerals originating in the Democratic Republic of Congo or the adjoining countries (DRC Region) in products that they manufacture. Conflict Minerals derivatives are defined as tin, tantalum, gold, and tungsten. Velocity Machine Inc. ensures that the products and components in our supply chain do not contain those metals which have been contributed by the conflict in the DRC Region.
If there is a possibility that our supplied product may contain conflict minerals then we will require the supplier to identify the country of origin. We are required to perform supply chain due diligence on this matter and will require the same of our suppliers.
Velocity Machine Inc. herewith declares, to the best of our knowledge, that our products are in compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. We also confirm that we can supply proof of this declaration at any time that this is requested.
