When we receive RFQ’s, a quote folder that contains all the prints and related documentation required to produce your quote is prepared.  If electronic drawings are sent, they are immediately printed out and saved to our file server.  The quote is then prepared using our ERP system and the quote can be e-mailed or faxed back to the customer.  By loading all quotes into our ERP system, not only can we generate quotes quicker and more efficiently but the system also enables us to track the entire process from quote through shipment of completed parts.

 

With our state of the art network and computers, we have the capability of taking electronic files and converting them into a CAM files to run on our CNC machines.  Once we receive an order, the data in the quote file allows us to generate a manufacturing plan and plot prints to quickly move your project through the front office and insure parts are in manufacturing, on schedule and produced to meet your needs.
